Unable to sign in
Symptoms: Login times out or the connection fails.
Fixes:
- Restart the app and try again.
- Check your network connection.
The app is not visible
- The UI may be hidden. Press
Cmd/Ctrl + Bto toggle visibility. - Restart the app if it remains hidden.
Start interview will not start
Symptoms: Starting an interview fails or shows an error.
Fixes:
- Restart the app.
- Make sure you are on macOS 13 or later (required for live voice transcription).
