GhostInterview is built around one workflow: Start interview. You can listen, capture context, and generate answers in the same session.

Core workflow

  1. Start interview Click Start interview to begin a live session.

    • Transcription starts automatically.
    • Follow-up questions stay in context.
    • You can add screenshot context at any point.
  2. Add context during the session Use multiple inputs together for better answers:

    • Transcripts for spoken questions and follow-ups.
    • Screenshots (Cmd/Ctrl + H) for prompt, code, or diagram context.
    • Additional requirements for response style and constraints.

Press Ask AI (Cmd/Ctrl + Enter) to generate an answer from the current context.

    Notes:

    • Up to 3 screenshots are kept in active context.
    • A new capture replaces the oldest one when the limit is reached.
  3. Use Interview Materials (optional) Turn on Interview Materials if you want answers tailored to your resume and target job description.

Add your resume and target job description in Interview Materials before the session starts. During the session, you usually only need to enable or disable Interview Materials.

    Notes:

    • Interview Materials are designed for resume and target job description context.

Typical flow

  1. Click Start interview.
